Clients are responsible for payment of any samples produced as part of the design process. Samples are non-refundable.
We tailor every proposal to your specific needs. Design estimates are based on the scope of work for the program and payment is due prior to starting any design work.
Depending on the number of positions and program size, samples take anywhere from 2-6 weeks.
We are proud to offer our clients no minimums on most uniform pieces.
Custom uniforms are produced and shipped in 4-6 weeks.
When placing an order, make sure you account for receiving, fitting, and alteration time prior to your opening date in addition to our 4-6 week production time.
We do not offer alteration services, however, when assisting with an installation, we will work closely with local alteration companies or property personnel to make sure the program is tailored based on the approved designs.
A style guide is a digital document that outlines the approved uniform designs, plus suggested footwear to complete the look, care instructions, grooming standards, and guidelines for non-uniformed positions.
We have no return policy as all garments are custom made.
